Every answer comes from a fact you confirmed. Anything else stays blank and is marked “not found in your facts”.

An answer that needs a look is never exported or shared unreviewed. The approver's name goes with it.

Where do the answers come from?

Only from the facts you stored and confirmed, each with its source document. When a question isn't covered by your facts, the field stays blank and is flagged for you, rather than guessed.

Which files can I upload?

Questionnaires in Excel, Word or PDF (including scans), pasted text and portal exports. For your own documents: PDF, Word, Excel and photos. The filled questionnaire comes back in the same file it came in.

Which languages does it work in?

Questionnaires in all 24 official EU languages. The app itself is in English, German, French, Italian and Greek.

Do you train AI models on my data?

No. On the Free plan, anonymised review statistics and question wordings help improve how questions are matched; on paid plans only if an admin turns it on. Names, recipes, prices and other details never leave your account.

Where is my data stored?

In the EU, at Contabo's EU data centres, with backups at a second EU provider. You can download everything, or delete your account, at any time.

Can a consultant manage several suppliers?

Yes. The Partner plan gives consultants one console for all their client companies, with their own branding if they want.
